E-Commerce Manager – Content & Performance (m/w/d)
Your Mission at YHF
You will be responsible for the further development of our online shop and our marketplace presence. With your eye for conversion, revenue, and high-quality product content, you will continuously optimize our performance. You will combine creative content with data-driven decisions, develop optimization measures independently, and support projects from the initial idea to successful implementation.
Your Responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for the continuous management, analysis, and optimization of our online shop with a clear focus on conversion rate, revenue development, and performance. You will keep an eye on the relevant key figures, identify potential, and derive concrete optimization measures independently.
- You work data-driven: You analyze relevant e-commerce KPIs, build meaningful reports, and use them as a basis for prioritization, decisions, and sustainable improvements in the shop.
- You implement optimizations independently and actively drive e-commerce projects from idea to implementation – with the goal of continuously improving our shop.
- On top of that, you are responsible for the creation, maintenance, and optimization of product content in the online shop and on marketplaces, ensuring that content is prepared in a user- and performance-oriented manner.
- You create and coordinate image materials, graphics, and banners that contribute to conversion optimization and brand impact.
- You implement SEO measures for the shop and marketplaces and continuously develop them.
- You plan, manage, and coordinate freelancers and agencies, ensuring that measures are implemented efficiently.
- You work closely with manufacturers and internal interfaces to continuously optimize product content.
- You support marketing campaigns and cross-channel projects and actively contribute your own ideas for the further development of our online business.
What You Bring:
- Experience in e-commerce or online marketing and a desire to actively manage and develop an online shop.
- Confident handling of key figures and enjoyment in deriving concrete measures from data.
- Experience with shop systems (ideally Shopware) or the motivation to familiarize yourself quickly.
- A good understanding of product content, user guidance, and conversion.
- Basic SEO understanding for shops and marketplaces.
- Independent, structured way of working and real sense of responsibility.
- High level of initiative and the ambition not just to manage things, but to improve them.
