The Role & The Team
Join our Flagship Accounts Team to manage a global leading sports brand. In this high-visibility role, your ability to provide structure and leadership during critical moments will be key to Tradebyte's Enterprise Growth.
What We'd Love You To Do (And Love Doing)
Strategic Business Owner
Act as the primary architect for high-profile international sports brands, steering their growth and development within the marketplace ecosystem.
Commercial Leader
Define and drive the commercial roadmap, ensuring strategic business milestones are supported by the necessary technical infrastructure and platform integrations.
Drive the Feature & Optimization Roadmap
Analyze complex technical setups to identify bottlenecks and drive feature improvements with teammates, directly impacting operational efficiency and GMV.
Market Intelligence
Analyze accounts, proactively recognize market trends, identify potentials, and develop solutions for customers.
Master the Data
Design sophisticated KPI dashboards and lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to translate complex data into actionable executive-level strategies.
Navigate High-Stakes Complexity
Act as the "calm center" during high-pressure escalations, providing structured solutions and maintaining stakeholder confidence.
Bridge the Gap
Function as a "translator" between commercial goals and technical execution, collaborating with product and engineering counterparts to prioritize client needs.
We'd Love to Meet You If
Seasoned Expert
You have 4+ years of experience in Key Account Management, E-commerce, or Marketplace management, preferably in the sports or lifestyle sector.
Resilient and Structured
You have a proven track record of staying composed and organized in high-pressure environments requiring rapid problem-solving.
Growth Catalyst
You have an entrepreneurial mindset and a "hunter" instinct for identifying untapped potential within existing enterprise accounts.
Tech-Savvy
You understand technical subjects like APIs, data feeds, and platform logic, and enjoy optimizing setups.
Elite Communicator
You can confidently address C-level executives and brainstorm with product managers, tailoring your message to your audience.
Cross-Functional Leader
You thrive in agile, collaborative setups and know how to influence internal stakeholders to achieve client goals.
Language Skills
You are fluent in English (written and spoken). German is a strong asset but not required.
