Your Responsibilities

• Projects: Advise banks, insurance companies, and other financial service providers on the development of risk strategies and control systems, on the quantitative and qualitative management of various types of risk, and on the implementation of diverse regulatory requirements.
• Accounting: Support the optimization and redesign of processes. Advise on ESG topics or support software implementations.
• Controlling: Shape the transformation of our clients into first-class financial organizations by developing and optimizing bank management and reporting processes.
• Risk & Regulatory: Participate in the analysis of regulatory requirements and their practical implementation, keeping an eye on current trends in sustainable finance, financial crime, and digitalization.
• Treasury / Capital Investment: Contribute to the design of investment strategies, especially in deriving strategic asset allocations or sustainable portfolio alignment.
• Responsibility: Develop innovative solution approaches together with the team or use the opportunity to write your own articles and studies, such as our Regionalbankentudie or Insurance Study.

Your Skills

• Successful university degree (Business Administration, e.g., BWL, VWL, Business Administration, or Natural Sciences, e.g., Mathematics, Physics).
• Initial experience (in one of the above areas) through an internship, in consulting, in the financial and insurance industry, or through vocational training/a dual study program in the banking and insurance sector.
• Enjoyment in solving complex problems, as well as analytical and communication skills -- you can inspire people for zeb and your ideas.
• Stay and grow: You want to continuously deepen your own knowledge and acquire new expertise.
• Fluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
