Your tasks:
- As part of the zeb.research team, you will work at the interface between consulting and research, supporting our client projects, pitches, and market studies with data-driven analyses.
- You will analyze trends and challenges in the international banking and financial services sector, utilize modern technologies for AI-based analyses of markets, competitors, and banking products, and derive well-founded recommendations for our clients.
- You will develop your own models, simulations, and forecasts to answer complex questions and, together with our consultants, prepare well-founded decisions for our clients -- for example, on the development of key bank KPIs.
- You will contribute your ideas, proactively drive topics forward, and actively shape the sustainable transformation of the banking and financial services industry.
- You will work closely with consultants and research colleagues, in the office, remotely, or on-site at the client's premises as needed.
Your skills:
- Successfully completed studies (e.g., Business Administration, Economics, Business Informatics, Business Administration, International Business) and a passion for banking and financial topics.
- Sound banking expertise and ideally initial practical experience in the banking and financial services sector.
- Strong analytical skills, ideally programming skills (e.g., R, Python), and experience with SQL databases.
- Curiosity, creativity, and enjoyment of innovative solutions combined with an affinity for AI technologies and digital tools (e.g., Power BI).
