About Zeppelin University (ZU)

The Zeppelin University (ZU) in Friedrichshafen on Lake Constance is a state-recognized foundation university offering Bachelor's, Master's, and PhD programs in Business, Culture, and Politics. It is committed to interdisciplinarity, internationality, and individuality in research and teaching.

We are looking to fill the following working student position as soon as possible for a minimum of 6 months, 16-20 hours/week, with the possibility of 80% remote work:

Working Student: Online Marketing - Focus SEO/GEO

Your Responsibilities

  • Support with on-page and off-page optimization of our websites
  • Analysis of website data and monitoring of SEO and GEO performance (e.g., rankings, traffic, SERP features, AI Overviews)
  • Support with tasks in keyword, topic, and content analysis
  • Optimization of snippets and structured content with a view to generative search and answer systems
  • Collaboration with external agencies and internal teams
  • Support with CRM maintenance

Your Profile

  • Enrolled student in Business Administration, Marketing, Media Management, Media Communication, or a comparable field of study
  • Curiosity about search engine optimization and AI
  • Very good German language skills, both written and spoken
  • Independent, analytical way of working
  • Good Excel skills and a feel for language
  • Knowledge of content management systems is an advantage
  • Initial experience with web analytics tools is a plus

Our Offer

Exciting and varied tasks await you! Compensation: Bachelor students 14 Euro / hour, Master students 15 Euro / hour.
