Team Lead Customer Advisory (Loans)

German-speaking environment,

Hybrid working model (1 day/week of home office)

Your Responsibilities

  • Lead & develop a sales-driven team
    • You take full ownership (functional & disciplinary) of a customer advisory team and drive both performance and individual growth through coaching, feedback, and development initiatives.
  • Own onboarding & ramp-up
    • You design structured onboarding plans and ensure new team members are successfully integrated and set up for success.
  • Analyze performance & drive improvements
    • You regularly evaluate KPIs, identify strengths and development areas, and implement targeted action plans to unlock team potential.
  • Stay hands-on in customer advisory
    • You remain close to the business, actively conducting advisory calls (inbound & outbound), no cold calling involved.
  • Drive hiring & team growth
    • You actively participate in recruiting, conducting interviews and shaping the future of your team.
  • Optimize processes & contribute ideas
    • You continuously improve workflows and actively contribute to the evolution of sales processes and structures.

Your Profile

  • Sales experience
    • Several years of experience in sales, ideally in financial services, banking, or phone-based/digital sales environments.
  • Leadership experience
    • Proven initial experience in leading teams (functional and/or disciplinary responsibility).
  • Ability to inspire & motivate
    • Strong interpersonal skills, high energy, ambition, and the ability to create a positive, high-performance team culture.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset & hands-on attitude
    • You think commercially, act proactively, and are willing to contribute operationally in day-to-day business.
  • Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
    • Quick comprehension, solid process understanding, and the ability to derive insights and actions from data.
  • Fluent in German and English
