Our client, a leader in the digital group, is developing a cutting-edge mobile banking platform aimed at setting new industry standards. We are seeking a motivated Team Lead PHP Software Development to contribute to the ongoing advancement of this digital banking platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead your development team in both technical and disciplinary aspects, fostering a collaborative and modern team culture.
• Continuously develop your team through mentoring, coaching, and constructive feedback.
• Design sustainable technical standards, conventions, and scalable software and system architectures.
• Develop and optimize processes, ensuring effective automation.
• Actively participate in developing new features and enhancing existing ones to a high standard.
• Assume overall responsibility for the IT system landscape within your domain, covering software, servers, and system availability.

Requirements

• A minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience as a senior developer or software architect, with proven leadership experience.
• Excellent knowledge of object-oriented PHP development and proficiency with Symfony.
• Solid MySQL knowledge and strong experience in Linux/Debian administration.
• Ideally, experience with Ansible and automation processes.
• A hands-on approach, high motivation, and a passion for modern software development.
• Excellent German and English language skills.
