Salary Range

¥700,000 -- ¥1,200,000 RMB per year (approximately $97,000 -- $166,000 USD)

About This Role

We are seeking PhD-level professionals in science and engineering disciplines to collaborate with our client's research initiatives on a part-time or consulting basis. This remote role offers the flexibility to contribute to meaningful projects while maintaining your current commitments, with compensation commensurate with your expertise.

• Contribute to patentable innovations and support technology transfer strategies.

Ideal Profile

• PhD in a Science or Engineering discipline, with specialization in one or more of the fields listed above.
• At least 3 years of post-PhD experience in industry, academia, or an R&D institution.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage project timelines effectively.
• Deep expertise in at least one core technology area (e.g., AI algorithms, battery R&D, autonomous systems).
