Product Owner AI Automation (m/w/d)

Responsibilities:

• Development of AI agents that autonomously handle complex business processes
• Analysis and mapping of workflows into automated systems
• Increasing the degree of automation. Goal: over 50% of emails answered automatically
• Development and management of AI and low-code solutions with Make.com, n8n and similar tools
• Close collaboration with Transport Management, Product, and Engineering

Requirements:

Must have:

• Solid programming skills (Python, JavaScript or similar)
• Experience with Vibe Coding and AI-assisted development (Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot)
• Good understanding of REST APIs - integrate, debug, document
• Experience in building AI agents or autonomous systems
• Experience with low-code tools (Make.com, n8n, Zapier or similar)
• Good communication skills in German and English (min. B2)
• Willingness to work 3-4 days in the office in Hamburg
• Good beer pong skills would also help us
