WHAT YOU DO

As a Partnership Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in nurturing and expanding our strategic alliances with key partners.

Partner Relationship Management

Manage and grow our strategic business partnerships with AWS, Google, Microsoft, and SAP leveraging strong communication skills and a deep sense of responsibility to cultivate meaningful relationships.

Go-to-Market Strategy

Work interdisciplinary with technology experts and commercial teams at Zoi to develop and execute GTM plans that align Zoi's efforts with market demands and our partners overall strategy and goals.

Revenue Growth

Collaborate with internal teams, including communications, marketing, and sales, to ensure a coordinated approach to business development. Develop and maintain relationships with our partner's field sales organizations to identify and source new customer opportunities.

Internal Enablement

Work to enable Zoi teams with partner-related training, resources, and tools, ensuring they are well-equipped to close deals and deliver projects effectively.

WHO YOU ARE

You are a conscientious and reliable leader with a passion for technology, people and a desire to make a significant impact.

Experience and Enthusiasm

  • You bring several years of professional experience in partnership management, solution sales, or consulting within a digital/tech B2B environment, preferably a cloud-native enterprise environment.
  • You are a true tech enthusiast, deeply passionate about the Cloud Native and AI ecosystem and its immense potential.

Leadership and Relationships

  • You are a conscientious and reliable leader who others enjoy working with.
  • You show adeptness in building and sustaining trusted relationships with partner organizations, including their sales forces, to facilitate joint initiatives and drive shared business objectives.
  • Taking responsibility means being fully involved and enjoying having things under your control.

Skills and Attributes

  • You enrich this role with your exceptional communication skills, your ability to adapt to diverse cultures, and your hands-on mentality.
  • You possess very good written and spoken German and English skills; Spanish is considered an advantage.
