Key Responsibilities
- New Business Development: Identify, target, and acquire new clients within Germany. Develop and execute strategies to generate new business opportunities.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve and exceed sales targets. Focus on hunting and closing new accounts.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients. Understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends. Provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer success, to ensure a seamless customer experience and drive business growth.
- Reporting: Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, providing regular updates to senior management. Use data driven insights to make informed decisions and optimize sales strategies.
Required Skills & Experience
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Travel: Will be required to travel in Europe and visit customers.
- Must hold the right to work in Germany without employer sponsorship
- Must have been a part of President's Club/ Winner's Circle/ Achiever's Club/ Platinum Club/ Others
