**IHRE ZUKÜNFTIGEN AUFGABEN:**
* Sie verantworten die nachhaltige Umsatzentwicklung Ihrer Kunden über das gesamte Consumer Panel Portfolio (z. B. Consumer Tracking, Panel-Befragungen, CPS Modelling Solutions)
* Sie entwickeln bestehende Kunden strategisch weiter, identifizieren gezielt Wachstumspotenziale und treiben aktiv **New Business Development** voran
* Sie agieren als **strategischer Business Consultant** und beraten Ihre Kunden auf Augenhöhe, indem Sie deren Herausforderungen verstehen und maßgeschneiderte Lösungen entwickeln
* Sie kombinieren ein tiefes Kundenverständnis (Markt, Organisation, Entscheidungsstrukturen) mit Ihrem **ausgeprägten FMCG Know-how**, um Mehrwert zu schaffen
* Sie steuern den gesamten Sales-Prozess -- von der Pipeline-Entwicklung über Angebotsgestaltung bis hin zu erfolgreichen Vertragsverhandlungen
* Sie agieren **klar sales driven**, erkennen Chancen frühzeitig und binden relevante Stakeholder gezielt ein
* Sie präsentieren überzeugend auf **Senior Stakeholder Level** und positionieren NielsenIQ als strategischen Partner bei Ihren Key Accounts
* Sie bauen nachhaltige Kundenbeziehungen auf und erweitern Ihr Netzwerk -- inklusive **belastbarer Kontakte auf hohem Niveau innerhalb führender FMCG-Unternehmen**
* Sie arbeiten eng mit internen Teams (Analytics, Client Response etc.) zusammen und stellen eine abgestimmte Account-Strategie sicher
* Budgetverantwortung
**QUALIFICATIONS:**
* Mehrjährige relevante Erfahrung (ca. 5+ Jahre) in Marktforschung, FMCG oder in Funktionen wie Vertrieb, Marketing oder Consulting
* Stark ausgeprägtes **FMCG-Marktverständnis** kombiniert mit einem guten Gespür für Kundenbedürfnisse und aktuelle Branchentrends
* Nachweisbare Erfolge im **New Business Development** , im Ausbau von Bestandskunden sowie **starke Client Management Fähigkeiten**
* Ausgeprägte **Consultative Selling Skills**, gepaart mit überzeugenden Kommunikations-, Präsentations- und Verhandlungsfähigkeiten
* Fähigkeit, auf unterschiedlichen Hierarchieebenen zu agieren und sicher auf **Senior Stakeholder Level** zu kommunizieren
* Hohe Eigenverantwortung, strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie starkes Zeit- und Projektmanagement
* Ausgeprägte **analytische Fähigkeiten und Analytical Expertise**, verbunden mit einer lösungsorientierten Denkweise
* Teamorientierung sowie die Fähigkeit, effektiv in einem dynamischen und virtuellen Umfeld zu arbeiten
* Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und fließende Englischkenntnisse
