A founder-led company in the supplements, superfoods, and natural cosmetics sector is building the next phase of its growth. With its own production facilities and an established D2C business, the company is now scaling its B2B division, including contract manufacturing and professional distribution.
Operating with a strong focus on performance, ownership, and execution, the organization offers a fast-paced, hands-on environment with direct access to leadership and real impact on business outcomes.
Your Mission
Take ownership of building and scaling a high-performing B2B sales organization. You will transform existing sales activities into a structured, KPI-driven system, while driving revenue growth across contract manufacturing and professional customer segments.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and scale a structured B2B sales organization with clear roles, KPIs, and processes
- Develop and lead field sales targeting professional customers such as therapists, doctors, and practices
- Expand and optimize the existing tele-sales approach for contract manufacturing
- Establish sales playbooks, pipeline standards, forecasting, and reporting structures
- Lead key accounts, strategic deals, and complex negotiations
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, R&D, production, quality, and marketing teams
- Use CRM and ERP systems to ensure transparency, pipeline discipline, and performance tracking
Your Profile
- Several years of experience in B2B sales, including leadership responsibility
- Proven ability to build and scale sales teams, structures, and processes
- Experience in technical, consultative, or project-based sales with longer sales cycles
- Strong KPI-driven mindset with experience in forecasting and performance management
- Hands-on leadership approach with operational involvement
- Strong communication skills in German and English
- Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented thinking
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification
Nice-to-Have
- Experience in supplements, food, natural cosmetics, or contract manufacturing
- Strong CRM experience (e.g. HubSpot)
- Experience with pricing strategies and offer structures
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: €80,000 -- €120,000 fixed performance-based bonus
