The focus is on the development of holistic and particularly user-friendly security products: the fusion of mechanics, alarm, access control and video surveillance into complete security solutions. For our field sales force, we are looking for a motivated employee in the Northern Germany sales area (home office) for electronic security technology / specialist partner development & acquisition / B2B. Making the world a little safer together with our digital security systems. That is our goal.
Your tasks
- You will be responsible for revitalizing our specialist partner structure in Northern Germany and bringing our products - from modern video surveillance to smart alarm technology and access control systems - to the right technology partners and into the right projects.
- You will revitalize existing specialist partner relationships, planners and other B2B partnerships on site and sustainably strengthen our existing partner landscape.
- You will activate new specialist installers, electricians, system integrators and wholesalers and acquire new partners.
- Through your interactive on-site presence, you will present our new products - clearly, practically, convincingly - and position them strongly in the market.
- You will identify needs, develop opportunities and bring projects to a successful conclusion.
- You will be responsible for the business results and the development of your sales region.
Your profile
- Do you come from the electrical or security technology sector; do you know how the market works and can you engage partners professionally and personally? Are you motivated to inspire people for good technical security solutions and do you want to work in an industry that provides security?
- You are a strong sales personality: active, reliable, results-oriented and have an affinity for technical products.
- You have experience in technical B2B sales and preferably industry knowledge from security technology, electrical engineering or building automation.
- You are a strong communicator and generate customer relationships and orders from contacts.
- You are used to working independently and ambitiously developing your sales region.
- You are willing to travel extensively within Northern Germany.
- In the first two months, you will be intensively prepared for your presentation tasks by our sales team and our academy at the Affing (near Augsburg) location.
