As a Recruiter at Actemium, you play a key role in attracting and retaining talent. You will manage the entire recruiting process in your business unit, advise our managers, and develop creative strategies to position Actemium as an attractive employer.

Your Responsibilities

• Support our business units throughout the entire recruiting process and act as a sparring partner for managers.
• Optimize existing recruiting channels and identify new ways to attract skilled workers and junior talent.
• Create appealing job advertisements and contribute your expertise to selection processes.
• Plan and implement innovative recruiting strategies – from idea to execution.
• Identify suitable talents and proactively approach them.
• Represent us as an attractive employer at career fairs and recruiting events.
• Ensure a positive and professional candidate journey.

Your Profile

• Completed business administration degree (ideally with a focus on HR) or a comparable qualification.
• Professional experience in talent acquisition or a similar position, ideally in structurally weak regions and for technical professions.
• Creativity, affinity for digital media, and enjoyment in attracting talent.
• High degree of initiative, strong communication skills combined with a service mentality.
• Valid driver's license class B.
• Willingness to travel for occasional business trips or trade fair appearances.

Flexibility is important to us – work hybrid with two days of home office and three days in the office.
