At a Glance

  • Contract Duration: 18 months
  • Salary: 57,000 - 60,000 EUR gross/year (full-time)
  • Work Model: Hybrid, with 10 days/month remote work option

What Awaits You

  • You will take responsibility for end-to-end recruiting processes, from needs assessment and active sourcing to successful placement.
  • Your professional focus will be on active sourcing: You will identify, target, and engage suitable talents for Schwartauer Werke.
  • You will develop modern sourcing strategies, establish new channels, and actively contribute your ideas.
  • You will collaborate closely with specialist departments and HR colleagues, advising hiring managers at eye level.
  • You will build sustainable talent pools and strengthen our recruiting pipeline long-term.
  • Your work will have a direct impact on our company's success and our future team structure.

Your Profile

  • You have sound experience in active sourcing (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels) and want to apply and expand it.
  • You are brimming with ideas, bring creative approaches, and are eager to actively develop recruiting further.
  • You are energetic, curious, and fearless when it comes to testing new things and learning from them.
  • You see change as an opportunity and move forward with pioneering spirit and a drive to shape things.
  • Your enthusiasm is contagious: You convince talents and stakeholders with authenticity, drive, and quality.
