Your tasks:

• Posting, managing, and evaluating job advertisements
• Organization and active participation in interviews
• Creation and analysis of reports
• Coordination and support of external personnel
• Cooperation with personnel service providers, including contract management and invoice verification

Your profile:

• Completed commercial apprenticeship, a degree, or further training in human resources
• Several years of professional experience in recruiting
• Confident communication with specialists and managers
• A high degree of social competence and personal responsibility
• Strong communication skills and a confident demeanor
