Your Profile

  • You have 0-1 years of experience (or internships) in a technical client or partner-facing role - interest or initial exposure to digital advertising technology is a major advantage.
  • You have excellent organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • You are a results-oriented problem solver, with a pragmatic approach and a high level of attention to detail.
  • You have excellent communication skills - particularly when explaining technical concepts clearly.
  • You are tech-savvy, with a strong curiosity and passion for understanding technical products and systems.
  • You are analytical and enjoy digging into data with your tool of choice e.g. Tableau, Excel, Google sheets.
  • Basic familiarity or a desire to learn Python, databases, web technologies and API's will be a distinct advantage.
  • You are a team player and enjoy working with a lot of different people while being independent and reliable.
  • Fluent in English; German or another European language is an advantage.

What you will do

  • Support the maintenance of our existing integrations and provide first-level technical guidance and support to our partners.
  • Investigate and troubleshoot technical issues, working closely with our Engineers and ensuring that relevant stakeholders are kept up-to-date.
  • Set up and manage monitors, dashboards and reports to drive efficiency and proactively identify issues.
  • Assist partners in building automated processes for reporting, data activation and data transfer.
  • Analyse and optimise integrations, identifying improvements and collaborating with senior team members to manage updates with stakeholders.
  • Maintain technical documentation and specifications for integrations with adsquare's platform.
  • Support the billing process, consolidating reports, analysing and resolving any discrepancies.
  • Work closely with our Data and Platform Partnerships teams to execute our integration roadmap.

Salary Range (Annual On-Target Earnings)

40,000 - 50,000 €
