Mission

Join this 3 months unpaid Internship in a fast-moving AI startup building Cortex, a next-generation vision and automation platform for manufacturing. Your mission is simple and ambitious: bring in as many pilots and qualified customers as fast as possible and help turn Cortex into the default standard in our market.

What You Will Own

• Drive demand and lead generation campaigns that bring new pilots, demos, and customer calls every week.
• Actively pitch Cortex to prospects via social media, email, and other channels, turning attention into concrete meetings and trials.
• Manage all company social media accounts (LinkedIn, X, Instagram, etc.) with a clear goal: traffic, leads, and brand authority, not vanity metrics.
• Track and report views, followers, engagement, and click-throughs; constantly test new content formats and hooks to grow faster.
• Operate and improve our WordPress + Elementor website, optimize landing pages for conversion, and track all key metrics (visits, scroll depth, form fills).
• Run SEO: keyword research, on-page optimization, blog/content briefs, and link-building initiatives to grow organic traffic and inbound leads.
• Monitor and optimize our Google Business Profile and analyze traffic and queries with Google Search Console to capture high-intent searches.
• Continuously generate bold ideas for campaigns, experiments, and growth loops that can 2--10x our reach and lead flow.

Skills and Experience

• Solid understanding of core marketing, funnels, and how to pitch tech products to B2B customers.
• Hands-on experience with social media management, basic design or content tools, and growth tactics.
• Confident working with WordPress + Elementor, SEO tools, Google Search Console, and basic analytics dashboards.

Certification

Every intern who successfully completes the Cortex internship will receive an official Certificate of Completion. This credential highlights your hands-on experience in AI model engineering, data curation, and foundational manufacturing intelligence --- evidence of your contribution to the next generation of industrial AI.
