Help scale one of the most innovative mental health apps by driving user growth through paid marketing and experimentation.

💥 Your Role

• Support our user acquisition efforts across channels like Meta, TikTok, Google UAC, and Apple Search Ads.
• Assist in monitoring campaign performance and preparing daily/weekly reports.
• Help test and iterate on ad creatives, landing pages, and app store listings.
• Collaborate with our product, design, and content teams to ensure marketing campaigns are aligned with product goals.
• Contribute to ASO (App Store Optimization) strategies and experiments.
• Research new growth tactics, ad formats, and tools to keep us ahead of the curve.

🧠 About You

• You're passionate about digital growth and want to learn the mechanics of performance marketing from the inside out.
• You're analytical by nature and love digging into metrics to understand what works and why.
• You've played around with tools like Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, or TikTok Ads, or are excited to learn fast.
• You know (or want to learn) what CPI, ROAS, CPA, and retention mean---and how to improve them.
• You're organized, curious, and proactive. You ask questions, bring ideas, and follow through.
• Bonus if you've used no-code tools (e.g., Webflow, Notion) or love Excel/Sheets.

• 6-month minimum duration
