The solution leverages AI to automate development tasks, accelerate time-to-market, and reduce costs, enabling SMBs and startups to validate ideas, attract users, and generate revenue faster.
About the Role
We are hiring three Business Development Representatives (Sales Hunters) to drive rapid market expansion in new regions and segments, focusing on SMB and mid-market clients in e-commerce, retail, and service industries. Your primary goal will be building a pipeline through personal network and targeted outbound efforts, closing initial deals, and creating strong reference cases for future scaling.
What You'll Do:
- Build and manage full-cycle outbound sales processes: target list creation, segmentation, LinkedIn/email/phone outreach, initial qualification, and meeting scheduling.
- Leverage your personal network in GCC/MENA or CEE for introductions, demos, and pilot projects.
- Conduct discovery calls to understand client business needs and translate them into the value of digital product solutions.
- Manage the full sales cycle: conduct demos, gather requirements, prepare commercial proposals, negotiate terms, and finalize contracts, with opportunities for upsells.
- Collaborate with founders and marketing on market entry strategies, segmentation, and positioning.
- Represent the company at industry events to enhance brand visibility and generate referrals.
What We're Looking For:
- 4--6+ years of experience in B2B sales/business development, preferably within AI/IT/software/custom development or SaaS industries.
- Proven experience selling custom digital solutions (web/mobile apps, platforms, portals) to SMB, mid-market, and enterprise clients.
- A strong personal network within small to medium-sized companies in MENA (UAE, KSA, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman) or Central/Eastern Europe, USA, with a readiness to actively leverage it.
- Understanding of sales cycles, including quick SMB deals (10--30 days for warm leads) and longer cycles (3--4 months) for cold outreach to build a substantial pipeline.
- Experience with SDR + AE/BDM or full-cycle sales models, and a willingness to combine both functions initially.
- Ability to work towards clear KPIs for meetings, pipeline, and revenue, while managing expectations regarding timelines and resources.
Go-to-Market & Sales Motion:
- Initial focus on achieving meeting targets, securing first deals, and building strong reference cases, rather than margin maximization.
- Expectation to submit a detailed 90-day plan outlining segmentation, Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), outreach channels, outbound campaign structure, and network utilization.
- Future potential to establish a dedicated SDR role or build a sales team, contingent on the success of the model.
Compensation & Structure:
- Monthly base salary (negotiable, market-dependent) plus KPI bonuses and 5% commission on each closed deal.
- Base salary paid monthly; KPI bonuses and commissions paid quarterly.
- Fully remote position with working hours aligned with CET or Dubai time zones.
- Direct access to founders and the opportunity to influence market entry strategies for MENA and Europe.
