Cluster Buyer (m/w/d) Electronics & Electrical Parts (Einkäufer/in)

In this dynamic position, you will be responsible for the series support of electrical and electronic components from a purchasing perspective. You will be responsible for the cost, deadline, and quality-compliant procurement for our production, thus ensuring the plant's supply capability. You will build up partnerships with suppliers, conduct price negotiations, and take responsibility for the entire supply chain of your product groups in terms of resilience, performance, and sustainability. You will work closely with cluster management at the local level and form an important interface to the global central purchasing department in Winnenden. You will work in close coordination with the internal departments of Development, Quality Management, and Product Management, as well as our international purchasing offices, and act as an interface to our international suppliers. You are constantly looking for cost-saving potentials, thus ensuring Kärcher's competitiveness. Last but not least, you will contribute your ideas for the optimization and digitalization of our purchasing processes and support their smooth implementation in our systems.

It would be WOW if you bring this:

A successfully completed degree (e.g., Industrial Engineering, Business Administration (Technical)) or a comparable qualification. (Initial) professional experience in technical purchasing, ideally with a focus on electromechanics. You are proficient in common office applications (we use Google Workspace), initial experience with SAP is an advantage. Fluent German and English skills (C1/C2), as well as strong communication skills that allow you to communicate with various international contacts at eye level. Willingness for occasional business trips. You are characterized by a structured and self-directed way of working. Strong decision-making skills, negotiation skills, and an entrepreneurial and international mindset round off your profile.
