Research Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated Research Assistant

To support our research, analysis, and data-driven initiatives --- fully remote.

This role is ideal for candidates who are curious, detail-oriented, and enjoy collecting, organizing, and interpreting information to support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct research across multiple sources (market, industry, academic, or business topics)
• Compile, analyze, and summarize data into clear reports or insights
• Assist senior researchers and analysts with ongoing projects
• Maintain research databases and documentation
• Prepare presentations, briefs, and findings for internal teams
• Ensure accuracy and credibility of information gathered

Requirements:

• Background in research, analytics, economics, business, social sciences, or related fields
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
• Excellent skills in information gathering, summarizing, and critical evaluation
• Good written and verbal communication in English (German is a plus)
• Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, or research tools
• Self-driven and comfortable working remotely
