Junior Recruiter (m/f/d) - North Africa / Eastern Europe

Are you passionate about people, recruitment, and building strong teams in an international environment?

Altagram is looking for a Junior Recruiter, ideally based in North Africa or Eastern Europe, to support our growing teams across multiple locations and disciplines. In this role, you will help us attract and select the right talent for our international video game localization projects.

You'll have the opportunity to actively shape and improve our recruiting processes in a growing, international organization.

YOUR ROLE

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process, from drafting and publishing job postings to screening, interview coordination, and continuous candidate communication
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers and relevant stakeholders to align on role requirements, priorities, and hiring decisions
• Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of recruiting processes and tools
• Oversee and coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for new hires and departing employees
• Ensure a positive and transparent candidate experience across all recruitment stages

Your profile

• Ideally based in North Africa or Eastern Europe, with 1--2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, and/or a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
• Hands-on, proactive working style with the ability to work independently
• Well-structured, reliable, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken
• Comfortable working in an international, fully remote environment
• Background in video games, video game localization, media, or creative industries is a strong plus
