Team Lead Sales Assistant/Appointment Scheduling (m/f/d) Location: Remote or Nuremberg or Hanover
About the role and your impact
As Team Lead Sales Assistant/Appointment Scheduling (m/f/d), you will lead a team of 10 employees who establish initial contact with law firms and generate qualified appointments for our sales team. You will optimize structures, processes, and standards that scale -- ensuring we reach the right lawyers at the right time.
Specifically, this means:
- You will manage the team based on clear KPIs (e.g., calls per day, appointment rate, no-show rate)
- You will conduct regular 1:1 coaching sessions to build on strengths and visibly increase performance
- You will actively participate in calls yourself to better understand challenges, lead by example, and directly test new conversation approaches
- You will try out new processes, wording, tools, and AI support yourself and transform successful approaches into standards
- You will systematically identify process gaps and develop new, efficient workflows -- even without technical dependencies
- You will consistently use evaluations and derive measures
- Collaboration & Interfaces: You will work closely with Sales, Service, and Marketing to optimally present and sell our product. Together, you will ensure that wording and messages in advertising and sales language are consistent. You will also work closely with Product and IT to gather customer wishes and requirements, further develop the product, and meaningfully optimize internal processes through technical solutions or AI.

What you should bring
- Several years of experience in operational team leadership -- ideally already in Legal Tech or with a legal background (Refa, Reno, Jura)
- A clear, structured leadership style with a focus on performance, transparency, and development
- High hands-on mentality: You actively participate in calls, test new things, and lead by example
- Enjoyment in trying out new methods, conversation approaches, or scripts yourself
- Very good analytical skills and enjoyment in translating KPIs into concrete control measures
- Experience in telephone sales or with appointment scheduling processes
- The ability to make clear decisions and consistently implement processes
- Digital affinity and a desire to use AI tools (like PLAI) in daily practice
- Communication strength, confidence, and real implementation energy
- Willingness to travel every 2-3 months to conduct training/workshops in Nuremberg
