The succesful candidate will be responsible for shaping the structure, systems and HR processes across the business.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the lead HR Business Partner for the DACH region, supporting senior leadership and business objectives
  • Drive and implement HR strategies aligned with organisational growth and transformation goals
  • Partner closely with the General Manager and leadership team on workforce planning and organisational design
  • Lead and develop HR processes, policies, and frameworks across the region
  • Support talent development, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives
  • Provide guidance on employee relations, compliance, and HR best practices
  • Contribute to building and scaling the HR function, including future team development

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner
  • Strong understanding of HR practices across the DACH region
  • Experience supporting senior stakeholders and driving organisational change
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
  • Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on within a growing organisation
  • Strong understanding of German labor laws
  • Fluency in English and German preferred
