Apsida Life Science is currently partnering with a rapidly growing, market-leading biopharmaceutical organisation recognized for its strong position within its therapeutic area. The succesful candidate will be responsible for shaping the structure, systems and HR processes across the business.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the lead HR Business Partner for the DACH region, supporting senior leadership and business objectives
- Drive and implement HR strategies aligned with organisational growth and transformation goals
- Partner closely with the General Manager and leadership team on workforce planning and organisational design
- Lead and develop HR processes, policies, and frameworks across the region
- Support talent development, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives
- Provide guidance on employee relations, compliance, and HR best practices
- Contribute to building and scaling the HR function, including future team development
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner
- Strong understanding of HR practices across the DACH region
- Experience supporting senior stakeholders and driving organisational change
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
- Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on within a growing organisation
- Strong understanding of German labor laws
- Fluency in English and German preferred
