We are looking for a highly motivated and dynamic intern for Customer Experience/Excellence to actively support our team.\n\nAs an Operations Intern, you will play a crucial role in driving our company's growth by supporting the team in establishing holistic processes and automating existing tasks. This internship is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about efficient and detail-oriented work, possessing strong communication skills, and seeking practical experience in business development within a start-up environment.\n\n## Responsibilities\n\n* Order Management: You will oversee the entire order process, driving automation and further development of existing processes.\n* Returns/Refund Processing: You will handle the processing of refunds and review existing automation.\n* Customer Service: You will be the direct point of contact for our customers regarding questions about orders, deliveries, or returns.\n* Support with Administrative Tasks: You will contribute to the efficient operation of our business by taking on various operational tasks.\n\n## Qualifications\n\n* Experience in e-commerce or a comparable position is advantageous but not strictly required.\n* Strong customer orientation and communication skills.\n* Independent and reliable work style.\n* Good knowledge of MS Office and ideally experience with e-commerce software (Shopify).\n* Enjoyment of teamwork and a positive attitude.\n\n## Benefits\n\n* A familial work environment where teamwork is highly valued.\n* Flexibility: You have the option to work from home.\n* Part-time position, ideal for a balanced work-life balance.\n* Contribute to an innovative start-up with flat hierarchies and short decision-making processes.
