Your Responsibilities

  • Serve as the central communication hub between management, the team, clients, and external service providers.
  • Manage appointments and travel arrangements, including coordinating meetings.
  • Handle email and phone correspondence in both German and English.
  • Provide back-office support, including preliminary accounting and document management.
  • Coordinate external service providers (e.g., administration, cleaning, tradespeople).
  • Potentially take on additional responsibilities in the future (e.g., event organization, controlling, content/social media).

Your Profile

  • Previous experience in an assistant or commercial role.
  • Completed commercial apprenticeship is desirable.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English.
  • Strong communication skills, reliability, and discretion.
  • Structured, independent, and solution-oriented approach to work.
  • Digital affinity and proficiency with various tools (e.g., MS365, Slack, Monday.com, or similar).
  • Calm, reflective personality with a high degree of resilience.
  • Interest in AI & Real Estate.
  • Interest in a long-term collaboration (no concurrent self-employment).

Framework Conditions
