Your Role

For our Service Field Customer Support, Reliability, Security (CRS) in the Tribe Identity and Security Platforms (CRSISP), we are looking for you to join us full-time or part-time (min. 30 hours/week) as a Software Developer and Automation Specialist in Identity & Access Management (m/f/d) in Karlsruhe, Berlin, Munich, or Münster. Your role will be assigned to the Identity Cloud (SIC) squad. Here, you will collaborate with 6 colleagues across different locations and with diverse interfaces.

Responsibilities

• You will play a key role in building and further developing our IAM (Identity and Access Management) solutions in the public cloud (focus on Microsoft Azure / Entra ID, supplemented by GCP).
• You will contribute your extensive experience in modern software development and Infrastructure-as-Code (e.g., with Terraform, Python, PowerShell, GitLab CI/CD) and actively shape the technical foundation for a new Dev team, which you will guide professionally in the long term.
• You will integrate security and compliance requirements from the outset into architecture, code, and processes — for you, "security" is not an afterthought but part of the design.
• You are comfortable in a regulated environment — you know how to effectively implement security and compliance requirements technically without hindering innovation.
• You will be responsible for integrating complex solutions, further developing our CI/CD landscape with a focus on quality, security, and automation, and contributing your own ideas and experience.

Requirements

• Completed degree in computer science or a comparable qualification in the IT field, along with many years of relevant professional experience in DevOps or Cloud Engineering roles, or a comparable qualification in the IT field and experience in leading interdisciplinary (partial) projects.
• You possess deep technical understanding in at least one of the relevant cloud stacks (Azure / GCP) as well as in topics such as public cloud architectures, Entra ID, SCIM, SSO, Terraform, PowerShell, and GitLab CI/CD.
• You bring sound knowledge in IT security, regulatory requirements, and secure software architecture and their implementation in enterprise environments, as well as extensive experience in modern software development, automation, and infrastructure design (IaC).
• You convince with clear communication, structure decision-making processes within the team, and take responsibility for their implementation.
• You contribute with experience and foresight to shape sustainable, secure, and scalable solutions together with the team.
• Please note: On-call duty and a certificate of conduct are required for this position.
