Your Responsibilities
- Strategy to Roadmap: Translate the CISO's cybersecurity strategy into a concrete, tactical project roadmap and derive technical and organizational measures.
- Roadmap Development: Lead the development and maintenance of the cybersecurity project roadmap and the overarching management of associated implementation projects.
- Process Ownership: Design and optimize central cybersecurity processes (e.g., Vulnerability, Incident, Risk, and Compliance Management) in the role of Process Owner (m/f/d).
- Stakeholder Interface: Serve as a central interface between the CISO and other cybersecurity stakeholders (m/f/d) within the organization (e.g., ISB in the specialist departments).
- Management Reporting: Conceptualize and present strategic management reports (e.g., portfolio status, TOM maturity level) and well-founded recommendations for action for the CISO and CIO.
Your Profile
- Experience: Several years of experience in cybersecurity, ideally in a governance or strategic project management role.
- Standards: Familiarity with common IT security standards (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, BSI).
- Project Management: Experience in managing complex IT (security) projects.
- Strategic Thinking: Strong conceptual skills and the ability to break down complex strategic goals into tactical and operational implementations.
- Communication: Skill in target-group-oriented communication and the ability to confidently mediate and moderate between CISO/CIO and technical experts (m/f/d).
- Language: Very good German language skills and the confidence to express yourself clearly and professionally at C1 level.
