A well-established, medium-sized medical technology company is seeking an experienced Product Specialist to support and develop surgical positioning solutions and related operating room products. The company has its own production facilities, a strong reputation for quality and a collaborative, people-focused culture with flat hierarchies and flexible working models.

This role sits at the intersection of product development, marketing, sales, and customers and plays a key role in shaping products that deliver real clinical value.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the product interface between two closely collaborating medical technology companies
• Support product development, marketing, sales and order processes
• Conduct on-site customer visits:
  • Alongside sales teams to train customers and sales representatives
  • Independently to gather clinical feedback and identify user needs
  • As part of continuous product improvement initiatives
• Support the creation of marketing materials, including product presentations and documentation
• Represent the company at trade fairs, conferences, and training events
• Work closely with internal teams across sales, R&D, and production

Your Profile

• Certified and experienced Operating Room Nurse (OR Nurse) is a plus
• Strong hands-on experience with surgical patient positioning
• Experience as a Product Specialist or in a similar medical technology role
• Fluent in German and English (Swedish is a plus)
• Confident with Microsoft Office tools
• Willingness to travel regularly
• Valid Class B driving licence
• Experience working in international environments
• Familiarity with medical device regulations (e.g. MDR) is an advantage
