Your Role
My client is seeking a driven Territory Sales Manager to join their team in South-West Germany. This is an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge optical technologies, digital screening tools, and automated solutions that help opticians, optometrists and ophthalmologists deliver outstanding eye care.
What the role involves:
- Supporting traditional opticians and optometrists in integrating innovative products and solutions into their offerings.
- Acquiring new customers and expanding existing accounts, presenting the full product range and leading product demonstrations.
- Preparing proposals and managing opportunities using Salesforce, collaborating with the sales support team.
- Identifying customer needs, troubleshooting challenges, and working with internal teams to deliver practical solutions.
Who they're looking for:
- Completed apprenticeship as an optician, with further training or a master-level qualification in optics/optometry.
- At least 3 years of experience in a quality-focused optical environment.
- Field sales experience with a proven track record of closing opportunities.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills and proficient in Salesforce or other CRM systems.
- A collaborative team player who enjoys sharing knowledge and driving results.
