We, the Target Setting & Strategies team, develop strategic and conceptual specifications for plants and networks (strategies, site development concepts, drainage concepts, etc.) in the wastewater disposal unit and are responsible for asset and order management as well as controlling.
What you will achieve with us
- Support, optimization, and further development of existing controlling processes and SAP-supported workflows
- Participation in SAP rollouts and integration projects
- Preparation of medium- and long-term planning as part of economic planning and forecasts
- Execution of analyses, monthly financial statements, and target-actual comparisons using databases
- Adaptation of controlling instruments to decentralized business requirements
- Development and creation of reports, reporting, and special analyses for the wastewater disposal department
- Collaboration with internal and external specialist departments and central controlling
- Business management consulting for the specialist departments
What you bring with you
- Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration or Industrial Engineering with several years of in-depth knowledge in role-relevant tasks
- Alternatively: Bachelor of Arts in Economics or Business Informatics with several years of in-depth knowledge in role-relevant tasks
- In-depth controlling knowledge and excellent business management knowledge
- Very good MS Excel skills and OLAP databases (IBM Planning Analytics)
- In-depth knowledge and practical experience with SAP PM (Plant Maintenance) or related modules, S/4HANA
- Desirable: Knowledge of wastewater disposal
- Analytical thinking skills and structured way of working
- Strong communication skills, teamwork, and a goal- and solution-oriented work style
- Self-motivation and quick comprehension
