Two opportunities are available depending on your strengths: Account Director (new business) or Account Manager (expansion & retention).
Compensation & Perks
- OTE: €100K -- €200K (depending on seniority)
- Base: €50K -- €100K
- Hybrid work model with flexibility

Account Director -- New Business (Hunter)
- €540K new ARR target
- 40% self-generated pipeline (events, networking, outbound)
- 60% inbound & marketing-supported pipeline
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
- Focus on new logo acquisition and expanding deals to six-figure ARR
- Average deal size: €40K--€60K ARR
Account Manager -- Expansion (Farmer)
- Manage ~50 existing customers
- €360K expansion revenue target
- Own renewals, upsells, and cross-sells
- Drive long-term account growth and retention
- Incentives on every renewal euro
What You Bring
- 2+ years closing experience in SaaS sales
- Experience selling €40K--€60K ARR deals
- Full-cycle sales experience with revenue responsibility
- Strong communication skills in German and English
Nice to Have:
- HR Tech industry experience
- Based in or near Cologne
