Your Role
This ConTech scale-up needs an Enterprise AE to own the largest contractor accounts in DACH and turn complex, traditional buying centres into seven-figure relationships.
The team has done the hard work of building the largest subcontractor ecosystem in the DACH market; now they need a closer who can sit at the table with MDs, CFOs and Heads of Procurement, and turn 100 named accounts into the next leg of growth.
This SaaS-enabled platform digitises tendering and procurement in construction, a category still mostly run on PDFs and email, connecting contractors, developers and 250K+ subcontractors in one workflow.
What's strong:
- 100% YoY growth at €12M ARR (tracking to €24M in '26)
- Enterprise team at 115% quota attainment YTD
- 250K+ subcontractor ecosystem
- AI-enabled product already a real revenue driver
What needs tuning:
- Outbound coverage across 100 named accounts
- Multi-threaded orchestration into slow-moving traditional buying centres
- Repeatable expansion motion from POC to €1M ARR+
Current Sales Motion:
- Market still warming up: education + urgency creation is a core lever
- Sales model: Full-cycle Enterprise AE, primarily outbound, supported by 3 SDRs
- Avg. ACV ~€50--100K ARR / Expansion potential to €1M ARR+ post-POC
- Clear path from initial land into 6--7-figure enterprise relationships
- Deal cycle: ~3 months
- ICP: Large contractors, real estate developers, retail construction projects
The Mission | Over the next 12--18 months you'll:
- Own 100 named accounts end-to-end, from prospecting through close and expansion
- Build multi-threaded relationships with MDs, CFOs, procurement heads and C-level execs
- Craft tailored, account-specific pitches for each decision-maker inside the buying centre
- Drive pipeline quality and hold the SDR team accountable to it
- Feed structured market signal back into product
- Work directly with founder on deal strategy and Enterprise GTM
Requirements:
- 2+ years closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals
- Proven success with €50K+ ACV or selling into €500M+ revenue organisations
- Strong outbound chops: prospecting, pipeline building, cold outreach
- C-level presence: comfortable with MDs, CFOs and Procurement
- Structured, consultative sales methodology
- High drive, resilience and fire --- this is a competitive, no 9-5 environment
- Prior experience in fast-growth scale-up or tech sales
- Fluency in German and English
- Berlin preferred (hybrid), fully remote within Germany possible
