€45,000–€60,000 base + €15,000 commission uncapped

Role Description

This is not a "check-in and react" Customer Success role.

  • You will own churn reduction in the SMB segment and actively drive retention and win-backs in a high-velocity environment.
  • As a proactive retention specialist, you will close the gap between fast sales cycles and real customer value by building scalable onboarding journeys and engagement models that deliver immediate commercial impact.
  • You report to a C-level executive and build the SMB CS function from the ground up; this is your next step to deliver strategic impact and deliver on process development.

Requirements

  • 1.5–2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a quota-carrying commercial role with a strong customer value focus.
  • Experience in KPI-driven, competitive environments.
  • Experience managing a high-volume book of business.
  • Hands-on Salesforce experience.
  • High ownership mindset and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
  • Onboarding in Berlin (1-3 months), afterwards, you can work remotely
