What You Will Do
- Analyze and streamline operational workflows to eliminate inefficiencies and enhance productivity
- Ensure alignment between operational activities and the organization's strategic objectives
- Oversee day-to-day business operations to maintain organizational consistency and efficiency
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies
- Evaluate technical findings and reports for accuracy and completeness
- Cultivate a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement
- Represent the company at industry conferences, working groups, and other business development initiatives
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders; address concerns and direct them appropriately
- Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor quality and ensure project deliverables are met on time
- Create and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to improve brand visibility and engagement
- Support the onboarding and offboarding processes for employees, vendors, and clients
- Assist in the development, review, and enforcement of internal policies and procedures
- Maintain relevant certifications as directed by organizational leadership
- Perform additional duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements
- Undergraduate degree plus 2-3 years professional experience (preferably in project management)
- Applicant must understand basic information technology and cybersecurity terms and principles
- Knowledge in AI chatbot usage and prompting
- Pass a background investigation
