About the Role

Are you a structured growth marketing generalist, specialized in Account-based Marketing, Field Marketing, or Content? Do you want to take ownership of the Bots & People growth engine?

Bots & People helps enterprise teams upskill in AI, data, personal productivity, and low code through virtual live sessions and blended learning journeys. This role will scale the awareness of Bots & People in the enterprise segment and turn target customers into revenue.

Responsibilities

You will work closely with our CEO Nico Bitzer, our Lead Designer Magda Bereznicka and our Enterprise Account Executive Josiah Monardo.

What we have built and needs to be structured:

  • Enterprise Pipeline Creation: Develop and manage an enterprise pipeline for a named Target Account List aligned to ICP and revenue targets.
  • Events & Webinars: Plan, host, and optimize owned webinars and events. Evaluate and staff external fairs/conferences like the Learntec in Karlsruhe. Drive pre-event outreaches, on-site appearance, and post-event conversion.
  • ABM & Outbound: Collaborate with Sales to plan personalized ABM Campaigns (e.g., sending physical letters to prospects, creating custom landing pages, and drafting follow-up cadences). Initial customer conversations via E-Mail or LinkedIn are a plus.

What we have started but not really got up to speed yet:

  • Paid Social: Own LinkedIn & Meta campaigns end-to-end (audiences, creative briefs, offers, budgeting, experiments). Support will be provided by an experienced freelance performance marketing expert.
  • Content & Campaign Calendar: Operate a reliable, on-time content engine (blog, newsletter, LinkedIn).
  • Measurement & Revenue Architecture: Track bowtie-style funnel metrics (Winning by Design); maintain UTMs and lead reporting. A pragmatic approach is needed as extensive tracking resources are not yet available.

Success Metrics (first 6-12 months) - to be defined together:

  • Target Account Engagement: Achieve x% of Tier-1 accounts engaged; reach MQAs/month targets.
  • Qualified Pipeline Created: Generate €-value of SAA pipeline sourced from events/ABM/paid.
  • Conversion Rates: Improve MQA→SQA→SAA→Opportunity conversion rates.
  • Calendar Reliability: Ensure 100% of planned publishes/Social Media Posts/webinars are shipped on time.
  • Experiment Velocity: Conduct ≥2 meaningful campaign tests/month with documented learnings.

Qualifications

What you'll bring:

  • 4-8 years of experience in B2B growth/demand generation, ABM, or field marketing in startups/scaleups, including hands-on outbound targeting towards enterprises.
  • An AI-first mindset and confidence in using the latest AI technologies for marketing.
  • Strong skills in copywriting and messaging for email, LinkedIn, and landing pages; comfortable writing cadences and talk tracks.
  • A structured approach to planning, maintaining a visible calendar/roadmap, and consistently meeting deadlines.
  • Excellent English and good German language skills.
  • Enthusiasm for attending and organizing external and internal onsite events.

Nice to have:

  • Competence in LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Meta Ads; ability to brief creatives and manage experiments.
  • Fluency with CRM/automation, analytics, enrichment, and webinar/event tools.
  • Familiarity with Winning by Design concepts (SPICED/Bowtie).
