About You

A passionate game developer who can't wait to transform their skills into something great -- a game that redefines therapy for children with ADHD and doesn't feel like therapy, but like a game! As a core member of our development team, you are not only at home in Unity and C# but also bring a good dose of creativity and team spirit.

You will be part of the joint concept development and responsible for the clean implementation in Unity, as well as independent testing. You will work closely with a talented young team of developers, game designers, and VR experts. With us, you are more than just a developer -- you are an innovator ready to break new ground with us.

Your Hard Skills:

• At least 3 years of experience in 3D game development.
• Demonstrable experience (projects) with Unity and C#.
• Comprehensive knowledge of game architecture patterns.
• A passion for agile methodologies, especially in agile game development.
• German and English? No problem for you.
• Strong ability to prioritize tasks.
• You are ready to continuously learn and develop together with us.

Nice to have:

• Experience in VR development (e.g., Meta Quest)
• Experience in backend development (e.g., Firebase)
• Creation of 3D models and animations (e.g., with Blender).
• Experience with performance optimization
• Jira and Confluence are familiar to you.
• Experience with BCIs, wearables, and biofeedback? Perfect!
• Sound design skills? Music to our ears.
