Your role is the crucial lever for translating innovation into real, measurable benefit. You are our AI pioneer, ensuring that AI solutions not only function technically but are also loved and used by the teams. Impact-driven AI Strategy

• Status Quo Analysis & Lever Identification:
  • You will conduct a comprehensive analysis of current processes to identify and prioritize use cases with the greatest leverage (e.g., greatest time savings, highest error reduction) in areas such as marketing, SCM, or sales.
  • Output Focus: You will ensure a high number of successfully implemented, strategically important AI use cases (e.g., automated data entry, AI-assisted content creation, workflow automations).
• Hands-on Implementation & Automation
  • Solution Development: You will translate identified challenges into concrete AI or automation solutions and implement them technically on your own.
  • Tool Stack: You will work with our flexible tool stack, particularly n8n (or comparable no-code/low-code automation tools), Google Workspace (e.g., Apps Script), Notion, and Google Gemini (or other LLMs) to bring use cases into productive application.
• Knowledge Transfer & Sustainability
  • Knowledge Hub: You will document all your solutions comprehensibly, thus ensuring the sustainability of your implementations.
  • Multiplier: You will create templates, mini-guides, or training materials so that colleagues can learn from your experiences and implement simple automations themselves.
• Bridge Building & User Acceptance
  • User Centricity: You will act as a bridge builder between teams and technology, working closely with the departments, actively gathering feedback, and ensuring high satisfaction/fit of the developed use cases.
  • Training & Adoption: You will train colleagues in using the new tools and workflows to ensure maximum time savings through automation and rapid user adoption.

You are not a theorist, but a pragmatic doer who translates technology into practice. You love optimizing processes and have the drive to make a measurable impact in a dynamic environment.

• ++Experience & Expertise++:
  • Studies: You are a registered student, ideally in a field with a technical or analytical focus (e.g., Computer Science, Data Science, Business Administration with a strong tech focus).
  • AI Understanding: You have a sound understanding of the functionality and application limits of Large Language Models (LLMs) such as Google Gemini, ChatGPT, or comparable AI technologies.
  • Automation Skills: You have hands-on experience in creating automation workflows, ideally with n8n, Zapier, Make, or comparable tools.
  • Coding Basis (desirable): Basic knowledge in a scripting language like Python or Google Apps Script is a strong plus for implementing more complex solutions.
  • Tool Affinity: You are proficient in using modern cloud tools like Google Workspace, Notion, and have a quick grasp of new SaaS applications.
• Impact Mindset: You work goal- and results-oriented, prioritize tasks by their greatest leverage, and love expressing your successes in measurable metrics.
• Initiative & Hands-on: You are self-organized, work conscientiously, and proactively drive your projects forward independently -- from concept to go-live.
• Communication & Empathy: You are a good listener and explainer who can convey technical concepts understandably and always keeps the needs of the departments in mind.
