Founder’s Right Hand / Executive Assistant (Digital-First, m/w/d)

I am building several digital companies (including in the gaming and education sectors) and am looking for an extremely smart right-hand person to help me structure thoughts, drive projects, and independently and cleanly implement the first 80%.

This is not a classic assistant or purely administrative role.

You will work closely with me, think along, challenge decisions, and implement independently.

Tasks

• You prepare projects and take them from 0 → 80%
• You structure thoughts, ideas, and decisions
• You research, compare, and verify (e.g., tools, funnels, business cases)
• You take over topics that are important but do not (yet) justify their own process
• You act as a sparring partner at eye level

Qualifications

• You are extremely smart, think analytically, and work significantly faster than average.
• You are technologically excellent and use modern tech stacks (AI/LLMs, automation tools, SMM & Performance Marketing) as leverage for maximum efficiency.
• You learn new topics quickly and independently.
• You work reliably, discreetly, and with a high degree of personal responsibility.
• You can switch contexts and priorities quickly.
• You can write clearly and get to the point.
• Age, degree, or classic resume are not decisive -- Thinking and speed count
