Responsibilities

• Project Support: You will assist in managing our investments (Gaming & Education). You will research information, prepare documents, and keep track of deadlines.
• Research & Analysis: We need to understand a new market? You will research tools, competitors, or trends and summarize the findings clearly.
• Process Management: You will maintain our internal workflows and ensure that tools and dashboards are set up and up-to-date.
• Operations & Organization: You will keep things running smoothly. Appointments, emails, invoices -- you ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
• Interface: You will be the point of contact for freelancers or partners and ensure smooth information flow.

Qualifications

• Digital Native: You are comfortable navigating the internet. Tools like Discord, Trello, or AI applications (e.g., Gemini) are not new to you but part of your daily routine.
• Organizational Talent: You structure your work independently in your home office and don't lose track even with multiple projects.
• Quick Comprehension: You can quickly learn new software or subject areas.
• Your Background: Whether it's a degree, a commercial apprenticeship, or a career changer -- your qualification is less important to us than your motivation, your proactive thinking, and your reliability.
