Business Development Manager, Europe (Full Remote)

About the Role

We're looking for a "Business Development Manager" to lead Alphyn's expansion across the European market. As our first dedicated commercial hire in the region, you'll play a key role in identifying, engaging, and closing deals with banks, fintechs, insurance companies, and enterprise mobile teams.

This role is relationship-driven. You'll be connecting with CISOs, CTOs, and application security leads at organizations where mobile app security is a top priority. You'll work closely with our founding team and have a real impact on the direction of the company.

What You'll Do

• Identify and engage European banks, fintechs, and enterprises in need of mobile runtime protection
• Build long-term relationships with security and engineering decision-makers
• Own the full sales cycle --- from first conversation to signed contract
• Collaborate with our technical team on POCs and security assessments
• Develop channel partnerships with consulting firms, system integrators, and mobile development agencies
• Represent Byteria at industry events, conferences, and security meetups across Europe

What We're Looking For

• An established network in European fintech, banking, or cybersecurity
• Experience selling technical or security products to enterprise buyers
• Familiarity with RASP, runtime protection, and mobile threat defense --- or the ability to get up to speed quickly
• Confidence in having technical conversations with CISOs and engineering leads
• A self-driven mindset --- you thrive working independently and taking ownership
• Based anywhere in Europe

Compensation

This is a commission-based role with a competitive revenue share on closed deals. Alphyn is technically proven and market-ready --- this is an early-stage opportunity with significant upside for the right person.
