Job Overview

The Vice President, Business Development will serve as a senior executive leader responsible for defining and executing Bytez3's global business development, partnership, and revenue growth strategy.

Reporting directly to the CEO and COO, this role will lead all aspects of business development---including strategic partnerships, ecosystem expansion, client acquisition, and go-to-market collaboration---ensuring alignment with the company's blockchain technology roadmap and long-term growth objectives.

The VP of Business Development will play a critical role in scaling Bytez3's market presence, driving institutional and enterprise adoption, and building a robust global ecosystem across Web3, fintech, and digital asset markets.

The ideal candidate brings deep experience in blockchain, fintech, or technology-driven business development, with a proven ability to structure partnerships, drive revenue growth, and scale platforms in dynamic, global environments.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development Leadership & Partnership Strategy

  • Lead and oversee Bytez3's global business development strategy, ensuring alignment with corporate vision and growth objectives.
  • Define and execute partnership frameworks across blockchain ecosystems, enterprises, and institutional clients.
  • Build and strengthen Bytez3's positioning as a trusted blockchain technology and infrastructure partner.
  • Identify and prioritize high-impact partnership opportunities across Web3, fintech, and digital asset sectors.

Go-To-Market Collaboration & Revenue Growth

  • Partner with Marketing, Product, and Sales teams to develop and execute integrated go-to-market strategies.
  • Drive client acquisition, revenue generation, and pipeline development across key markets and verticals.
  • Structure commercial models, partnerships, and joint ventures that support scalable revenue growth.
  • Optimize partner-driven growth channels, including ecosystem integrations and platform collaborations.

Ecosystem Development & Strategic Alliances

  • Build and expand Bytez3's global ecosystem of partners, including exchanges, protocols, institutions, developers, and infrastructure providers.
  • Establish long-term strategic alliances that drive adoption and network effects.
  • Represent Bytez3 in high-level negotiations with partners, investors, and stakeholders.
  • Enable co-development, co-marketing, and co-investment initiatives within the ecosystem.

Market Expansion & Global Growth

  • Support Bytez3's expansion across the Americas and other priority regions through localized business development strategies.
  • Identify new market opportunities in tokenization, DeFi, digital identity, and enterprise blockchain applications.
  • Collaborate with regional leaders to align expansion efforts with regulatory and market dynamics.
  • Drive cross-border growth initiatives and international partnership development.

Data-Driven Strategy & Performance Optimization

  • Establish KPIs and performance metrics linking business development activities to revenue and strategic outcomes.
  • Leverage data, analytics, and CRM tools to optimize pipeline management and conversion rates.
  • Continuously refine partnership strategies and business models based on performance insights.
  • Align business development investments with long-term enterprise value creation.

Leadership & Organizational Development

  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing global business development team.
  • Foster collaboration across product, engineering, marketing, legal, and executive teams.
  • Develop scalable processes, playbooks, and partnership frameworks.
  • Promote a culture of accountability, innovation, and execution excellence.

Qualifications

  • 20 years of progressive experience in business development, partnerships, or strategic growth within blockchain, fintech, or technology sectors.
  • Proven success in building and scaling partnerships and revenue streams in global or high-growth environments.
  • Strong understanding of blockchain ecosystems, digital assets, Web3 infrastructure, and decentralized technologies.
  • Experience working with enterprise clients, institutional stakeholders, and global partners.
  • Exceptional negotiation, relationship management, and strategic execution skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or related field required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
