About the Role
Canonical, a pioneer in open-source technology since 2004, is seeking a Junior Campaign Manager to join our Marketing team. We are at the forefront of technology adoption, driving innovations in areas like public cloud, machine learning, robotics, and blockchain. This role offers an emphasis on campaign ownership, collaboration, continuous learning, and a drive for improvement. The Marketing team at Canonical focuses on driving commercial outcomes and expanding market reach through digital marketing, lifecycle management, events, partnerships, and community development. This position reports to the Growth Engineering Manager.
Location: Remote, EMEA region
What You'll Do:
- Support the marketing team in setting up and monitoring paid campaigns.
- Oversee paid ad performance and budgets across the Marketing team.
- Contribute to automation and AI initiatives to enhance paid ad performance.
- Help develop Canonical's adtech stack to industry-leading standards.
What We're Looking For:
- Familiarity with ad platforms such as Google, LinkedIn, and Meta.
- Experience with campaign tracking and analytics tools.
- Proven success in driving lead generation campaigns.
- Experience with A/B testing and data-driven decision-making.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills for building relationships across diverse, cross-functional teams.
- Strong ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines without compromising quality.
- A growth mindset with a willingness to think big and take calculated risks.
- Keen interest in the latest marketing technology trends.
- Willingness to travel up to 4 times per year for internal events.
Compensation and Benefits:
