Sales Setter (Freelance)
Your Role as a Freelance Sales Setter
As a freelance Sales Setter, you will be responsible for researching and initially contacting potential client companies. You will identify suitable leads, prepare personalized outreach messages (email, LinkedIn, other channels), and lay the foundation for the further sales process.
Responsibilities
- Research and identification of potential target customers (e.g., via LinkedIn, Google, industry directories)
- Qualification of leads based on defined criteria
- Creation and sending of initial outreach messages (email/LinkedIn)
- Maintenance of leads in a CRM or tracking sheet
- Scheduling appointments or forwarding qualified leads to the sales team
Qualifications
- Initial experience in B2B sales, outbound, or lead research
- Structured, reliable work approach and quick comprehension
- Very good written communication skills (German & English)
- Proficient in using tools such as LinkedIn, Apollo, CRM systems, Google Sheets
- Independent, proactive, and goal-oriented
