About the Job
We are looking for a motivated working student to support our People & Culture managers. You'll help organize events for our Munich-based team (around 45 people), take care of the office, get insights into our recruiting processes and organize fun events.
What you will do
- Organize engaging internal events and team activities for our employees in Munich.
- Help with recruiting tasks such as scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates.
- Responsibility for the Office Management, maintaining an organized and welcoming workspace and ordering supplies.
- Contribute to event management projects, from logistics to on-site coordination.
- Gain insights into topics of People & Culture, including administration and HR processes.
- Work closely with the People & Culture Managers to learn about the day-to-day tasks in a startup.
Your profile
- You are currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Communication Sciences, Marketing, or a related field in Munich or nearby.
- You have a genuine interest in People & Culture topics.
- You enjoy interacting with coworkers from diverse backgrounds.
- You are available to work 20 hours per week, with the option of full-time hours during the summer months.
- You are fluent in English (business level), knowledge of German is a plus.
