Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Commercial Operations Associate to support our global sales team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who is eager to develop commercial skills in a fast-paced, international maritime software environment. You will play a key supporting role in keeping our sales operations running smoothly -- from managing lead data to assisting Key Account Managers and contributing to marketing communications.

Key Areas of Responsibility
1. CRM Administration (Salesforce)
- Serve as a day-to-day administrator of the company's Salesforce CRM system.
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and completeness across accounts, contacts, and opportunities.
- Assist users with CRM queries and support onboarding of new team members to the system.
- Generate standard reports and dashboards as requested by sales management.
2. Sales Lead Management
- Maintain and manage the global sales lead process, ensuring leads are accurately recorded, assigned, and followed up on in a timely manner.
- Monitor lead pipeline activity and flag gaps or inconsistencies to sales management.
- Support the continuous improvement of lead handling workflows and processes.
3. Support to Key Account Managers (KAMs)
- Assist Key Account Managers with data entry, data verification, and keeping account records up to date.
- Help prepare client-facing materials and ensure relevant product and pricing information is accurate.
- Coordinate internally to resolve data discrepancies and ensure KAMs have the information they need.
4. Sales & Marketing Administration
- Maintain and update the company price book, ensuring alignment with current product and pricing strategy.
- Verify and update client product portfolios in coordination with the relevant account teams.
- Support the production and updating of sales presentations and pitch materials.
Qualifications & Requirements

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience: 1--5 years of experience in sales operations, sales support, or a similar commercial role.

Systems: Hands-on experience with CRM systems; Salesforce is a strong advantage.

Technical Skills: * Good Excel skills for reporting and data handling. Proficiency with presentation tools (PowerPoint, Canva, or similar).

Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus for our international hubs).
