Job Description

• Development of innovative AI and machine learning solutions throughout the entire lifecycle -- from conception to productive use
• Building data pipelines, feature engineering, and ensuring data quality
• Training, monitoring, and continuous improvement of productive models through performance analyses
• Tracking experiments and systematic documentation of models and results (MLflow)
• Integration of modern Large Language Models, prompting, and agentic systems into our products
• Close collaboration with specialist departments to identify value creation potentials

Qualifications

• Completed studies with a scientific or technical focus (e.g., Business Informatics, Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics)
• Very good knowledge of Python (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, FastAPI/Flask) as well as theoretical understanding and practical application of ML/DL frameworks (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch)
• Initial experience with prompt engineering, LLM integration, agents, and MCP servers
• Basic knowledge of containerization (Docker) and ideally experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS EC2, S3) for model training and deployment
• Analytical thinking, a high affinity for numbers and data, as well as a self-reliant, solution-oriented hands-on mentality
• Fluent German language skills (at least B2) complete your profile
