Job Description: Junior ERP Consultant

Your Role at Our Company:

  • ERP projects for SMEs (up to 25 IT users) across various industries.
  • Implementing desired processes in relevant software (microtech büro+ ERP, cobra CRM, and d.velop documents DMS).
  • Liaising with customers, suppliers, and colleagues.
  • User support, training, and coaching.

You will work 95% locally at the Nordhorn site or remotely. For coordination or training purposes, external work at end-customers (nationwide) for 1-2 days is possible.

What You Bring:

  • Practical experience with the introduction and customization of commercial systems (inventory management, ERP, DMS, or CRM) in the SME sector.
  • Competence in implementing operational adjustments and process requirements in proprietary software solutions.
  • Ability to learn new software independently.
  • Programming skills are not required.
  • Communication skills.
  • Teamwork ability.
  • Quick comprehension.
  • Detail-oriented work.
  • Understanding of commercial processes.

Potentially relevant software products (prior experience is a plus): microtech büro+, Sage, SelectLine, SAP, d.velop, ELO professional, DocuWare, hubspot, etc.
